Message	I would like to know if its normal for the fan to always stay on? Like when i start my car it turns on and runs real fast..like I REALLLY feel the air blowing. then after a while it slows down. also when i accelerate it goes according to the rev (faster/slower). I dont know if i make sense? but yeah are they always on? thanks
